Unsubscribe to the threads that Ive been getting emails on every time someone post???? Is there a button I can click and where do I go to do this?? Thanks

click on "User CP", find the Subscriptions section and unsuscribe from every thread (empty folder)
and make sure to uncheck the thing that subscribes you automatically to every thread you reply to in "Edit Options"
