Default Bent in truck roof

A tree feel on the roof of my '88 f150. Its not really hurting
anything but water is constantly collecting there. Can i use a mallet to knock out the dent from the inside of the cab or is there a better solution?

Lie on the seat and use your feet to push it up. Then use a rubber mallet. Can't make it look any worse.

I dont really care how bad it looks as long as It's better than what it is right now. I also think the roof is the reason my rear window wont slide open all the way. Each side will slide about 2 inches then it will get stuck
