PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!! My 1992 4.9l efi runs great one minute. Then the next time I turn the engine, I get an up and down idle and the temp gauge fluctuates from really cool when driving to warm when in traffic with great loss in power. Last time I checked the timing and vacuum was fine. I've replaced the o2, and idle control valve and sometimes the engine revs really high when I engage the clutch.
