Default 1977 F150 Brakes! Still Bad!

OK. I have 1977 F150 351M that I have replaced M/C; Booster; Front calipers, pads, and hoses; Rear shoes, internals, Lines to each wheel, hose that T's to the wheels from the line to Prop valve; and prop valve (used from 82 E150). The prop valve functions as I found out during bleeding. I have bled then until all is clear multiple times.

But... I still have to mash pretty hard to stop. I did all the tests I know for the booster check and it passes. It was a rebuilt M/C and booster by Cardone. I don't remember my 78 E150 Van having very hard brakes.

Any suggestions out there to try and improve my braking or is this how the truck is? It belonged to my dad for 20 years with very little use and the back brakes were frozen, hence the total rebuild.
