Default wiper problems

I have a 1992 f150. The high/low setting work just fine but my delay settings don't work at all. ill click it over and it will wipe once and that's it on the delays. was wondering if its the relay?

Sounds like the wiper module behind the glove box.

I'm having a very similar issue with my 94, except only the highest 2 settings work. None of the others. Did you end up fixing yours?

I had issues with the intermittent settings not working or only working when the stalk was touched... issue ended up just being a bad stalk.

The circuit board in the wiper module is suspect. Ask your parts supplier if a replacement circuit board is available, or replace the wiper module in case it is not a simple "plug and play" circuit board replacement.
