My89

Anybody have any ideas on how to get stripped screwhead out of the wiper motor shaft of an 89 f150? I know its an 8mm but its stripped. Thought about disconnect linkage where they join. Then trying to remove.

Screw extractor set, like $18 at sears, has drill bits and the extractors. Just drill into the screw, then put the extractor on the drill, they are reverse threaded and go in spinning counter-clockwise, a lot of times you don't even need the extractor piece as the drill bit will start the screw turning.
