Default weird electrical problem after dash swap

I took the dash and entire interior out of my wrecked 89 to transplant into my 91.everything plugged up fine but I have one very strange problem.both trucks are 4.9 manual windows, manual door locks,a/c.the only difference was the 89 had cruise and tilt and the 91 had non tilt and no cruise.i know the 89 has 3 fuel pumps vs 2 pumps in the 91.the problem is when I have the key turned on and turn the high beams on the fuel pump runs non stop until you dim the lights.once you start it the headlights stay on and the highbeam indicator won't go off and now the rear antilock light is.neither truck had these problems before.i'm thinking about swapping the 91 harness onto the back of the 89 dash unless somebody knows a simpler solution.both trucks are standard shift as well.

went out and noticed 89 harness has 2 green wires where 91 has only 1 green wire.
