Default turn and flash
All My turns signals turn on when I hit the turn switch and my bash and radio dim

Could be a short, but quite possibly the multi function switch (turn signal switch). That whole thing comes out as a unit.

The problem was the mechanic replaced the light bulbs with LED lights

LEDs are fine for the ones that do the back-lighting but turn, battery, and maybe others led bulbs will do weird stuff because they don't have the right resistance.
