Suggestions for AC/Heat blower upgrade
I have a 1991 F150 Ext Cab that is on its 3rd motor and 2nd tranny. The heat and AC blower is working properly, but I would like to have a stronger air flow. Any suggestions?
Thanks,

About all you can do for stronger airflow is to seal up any and all leaks in the System. I had an old Chevelle and when I had the dash out I used Silicone Calking to seal all the Defrost and Heater Ducts - they were plastic snap together type and it helped a lot - Never had the dash out of the F150 so I'm not certain that is an option. (or worth the Trouble). I also glued new foam to all the flapper doors so everything sealed up as much as possible when the flow paths were switched.
Only other thing would be to check voltage at the motor. If you don't have full system voltage you could run a 10GA wire directly from the back of the alternator (Switched with a Relay & Fused) for the High Speed setting on the blower. (Use factory control wire to trigger new high blower poewer through the relay.)
