Default Remote start for 1995 f150

This is my first post on this forum.

I have a 1995 F1 50 straight six five speed. I want to put a remote start system on it but have not found any good information on what system works best and can be installed by myself. I don't want to pay someone to do this when I know I can. I like the viper systems but they do not come with installation instructions. Is there a similar system that comes with instructions for the diyer like me? Thanks

You cannot put remote start on a vehicle with a manual transmission because of the clutch safety switch.

I'll give you the benefit of a doubt. You most certainly can put a remote start on a vehicle with a manual transmission, I have seen it many times. My friend has a 01 mustang with one.

My pickup has a crimestopper rs-900; it has unlock/lock trunk pop and remote start. IIRC it has a wireup for the clutch safety switch. It's pretty straightforward and I found instructions online for it to install.
