Default No tail lights or dash lights

Hit a deer as couple of weeks ago and it took out the right side but all lights worked no problem until a couple of days ago. Now I don't have dash lights or parking lights and tail lights unless I play with the switch and position it right in between park lamp and headlights so I figured it was the switch bought a new one and it didn't fix it. Has anyone else ever had this problem?

You may have already done it but check your fuse, all of the. That damage might have a wire grounding intermittently.

The fuse is fine and they work, but only if the switch is in between the parking light position and headlight.

Could be a total coincidence but most likely not. You just hit a deer and damaged the right side - look there for a wiring issue. My money's on the ground beside the battery but it could be one of the other wires there too.
If the deer thing isn't just a coincidence of course.

I'll check it out. I hope it's an easy fix because I'm trying to sell this truck.

After 5 years, it probably didn't help him much.
