Truck is 1994 F150 4X4 5.0 XLT. Started fine one day and the next it wouldnt start. When I turn the key there is no attempt to crank. Lights, radio and fuel pumps turn on though. I cant start in park or neutral. I have jiggled the gear lever and tried to start, but still nothing. I can start truck by jumping the starter solenoid on the fender. I have replaced replaced the starter solenoid and the ignition switch, still wont start. I have measured voltage at battery(12.1) and at solenoid(12.1). Im thinking its a wiring issue, grounds visually looked in tact. Any help would be greatly appreicated.

I would have to assume when you said you replaced the starter solenoid, that's the relay on the firewall and not on the starter. I would start at the battery, check the connections, and go from there. And when I say check, I mean take them off, clean, and reconnect. Also, if you did replace the relay, make sure you hooked it up right. I changed mine once and put the small wire on the lower stud instead of the upper and got nothing. Took me a while to figure I had it in the wrong spot.

Can you still start it jumping the relay? If your not getting a clicking sound when you turn the key, then it's probably still an ignition switch issue. If the relay clicks, then it's that.

I can start the truck jumping the relay. I put a new ignition switch in today, still no start, but same full power.

Excuse me for asking these questions, but I trying to figure out if we are talking about the same parts. There is the ignition switch that most people call the key part, which is the lock cylinder, and the actual ignition switch located further down the column. Which one did you replace? The one on the column has to be set somewhat precise to work right.

If your getting full power but no click then it's a connection in that circuit somewhere.

I replaced the ignition switch under the column today. The one with the big plug that has the bolt running through it.

Well, this might sound lame but I would check and clean all the connections if you haven't. Many off us (including myself) thought we had bigger problems and it was just a connection somewhere in the circuit. Could possibly be a relay also. Just looked in the Haynes book and refers to owners manual for exact location and function.
