I just rebuild a 300 6 and dropped it back down into my 95 f150 and as soon as I hook up the battery terminals now the blows I have no idea what would be doing this somebody please help me out

One thing to try narrowing it down is to pull fuses one at a time and see if one of them will solve the problem. That will tell you what circuit the horn is getting power from. You most likely pinched some wires somewhere when installing the engine.
