Question Help removing fuel pump wiring

Hey guys and gals, hope you can help me out. I'm trying to replace the fuel pump in the front tank of a '96 Ford F-150. I have the tank dropped down where I can get to the wiring and fuel lines, but I'm not quite sure about how to remove the wiring that goes into the pump unit. I figured you just simply pull up on the connector, but it almost looks like it's not supposed to come off. I tried prying up on it where it's flush against the tank, but I feel like I'm going to screw up something that's going to cost me more money and headache. So does that connector actually come off or do I need to disconnect the wiring at the frame rail? For the fuel lines, I'm assuming you just pry up on the clips to get them off and then insert the fuel disconnect tool at the end and just pull? Any help/advice would be GREATLY appreciated.

You probably already finished, but the wires don't unplug there. Yes with the lines though.
