Help with 94 throwing codes
I have a 94 5.0 f150 throwing codes 172, 173, 334, 452, 124 they all started at the same time. That makes me think that it's not the sensors but a connector
I am looking for help in troubleshooting this
History of the truck
In feb 12 I put a new long block in it
Jul 12 drove from seattle to detroit no problem
Aug put ford racing headers in with a jegs cat removed y pipe. drove from Detroit to 29 palms ca with out any issues. the other night out of nowhere it started throwing the codes

Code 172: HEGO sensor fault/lean
Code 173: HEGO sensor fault / rich
These two have to do with the oxygen sensor.
Code 334: EGR closed valve voltage high.
This has to do with the Exhaust Gas Recirculation system.
Code 452: Vehicle speed sensor (VSS) signal fault.
self explanitory
Code 124: Throttle position sensor voltage above normal.
Self explanitory
Ok ... so you're looking for a common thread because they all came up at the same time.
They're all sensors that send information back to the computer that runs the fuel injection system on the motor.
They're all reporting problems.
If it's a connector then wouldn't it have to be the connector to the PCM ?
That's the only spot i can think of where they all meet up in one place.
