Mudtruck

I was working on the truck and couldn't get the heat or air to come on. Blower isn't getting any power. This is just a toy so I don't want to put much money in this thing. Is there a way to "hot wire" it?

Also when you turn in the wipers it makes a clicking sound behind the glove box. Motor is on the driver side.
