Ceramic disc on headlight switch on 94 F150 gets hot as a iron, is it suppose to get this hot or just warm.

I'd say it's not supposed to get really super hot. If I was you I'd replace the Headlight Switch, and the Headlight Switch connector. If it shorts out it could set your Truck on Fire, the Switch gets power right from the battery. And I'd also look into getting a Heavy Duty Headlight Harness, I know Bronco Graveyard & LMC sells them. I'm not having any issues with my Lights, but I'm planning on replacing all these things just to be safe...
