Im swapping to 5 speed and asked the ford dealer ... they said the auto ecu will run the manual aswell but ... I have to make the ecu think the trans is in park or neutral how could I do this anyone know or done this??

Jump the red/blue wire to the white/red wire. Those are the wires in your auto harness for the neutral safety switch. That's the way I have mine, any question feel free to ask although I'm not saying this is the correct way to do it as you no longer have a neutral safety switch and it can start in gear. The correct way is to get the plug that goes on the clutch slave and wire it in that way, or switch computers and harness.
