Default changing out an instrument cluster

Hello, I bought a 1995 f150 XLT 5.0 about 4-5 months ago and it came without a tach on the cluster so I decided to buy one with a tach and install it. Good news is that the tach works like a charm, bad news is that now the temperature gauge won't move. I tried to fix it by moving the connections around and it would jump to the H but none of the other gauges would be powered. What do I need to do to get this to work when it is plugged in?

Do you or anyone else know where to get a new circuit board for this?

Not just PCB but the warning light locations.
