Question Brake Lights & Rear Turn Signals Not Working

Hi, I have a 91 F150 and the brake lights & rear turn signals quit working. Flashers & turn signals work on the front. I also lost cruise control. I checked the basics ie; fuse, turn signal switch, flasher relay, the fuseable links look good next to the starter relay. I've read posts as far back as 09 with similar problems but couldn't find a solution. If anyone could shed some light on the problem, I'd appreciate it. Yes, I also checked the bulbs! TY

I once had bulbs that passed intense visual inspection, but when replaced everything worked fine. The darnedest thing.

But check the steering wheel tilt-o-matic. Common point for wires to decide to misbehave.

I had a spot in the wiring going to the back that wore through and knocked out the tail lights years ago. It was weird that everything looked ok outside the loom but the wires were all corroded inside.
