Hi all!

92 xlt extra cab auto trans


Both backup lights out.
Checked 15amp fuse...ok
Checked bulbs with new.....ok
Re-seated all connectors underneath

Suspect backup light switch but don't know where to look(steering column?).
Haynes no help.
Any info or pic/diagrams appreciated.

Did some thinking... and some more internet searching.
The backup switch is on the Neutral safety module,... isn't it?
I replaced that thing about a month ago. I wonder if my lights have been out this whole time...
Should I try re-setting the Safety Mod or replace it altogether?

Test if you have power coming out of it (and going into it) with the shifter in reverse first.
