Default any help would be greatly appreciated

Ok I have a 1991 f150. I am having problems with a plug that is directly under the steering column. This plug has all the power for the windows, wipers, and starting of the truck. It must have broken clips on it, I can reach under there and snap it back together and everything works for a while. Can anyone tell me by my crappy description what this if is or what it is called. I have to apologize for my lack of mechanical knowledge, but I am trying to learn and fix up this old truck that I have owned since 1996. It's just kind of a restore project. Thanks for any help

I wanted to say thanks to all who helped. I was as able to fix the switch. All seems to be working well. Thanks again, great to have people out there willing to help out.
