1995 f150 4.9 5 speed

did a 5 speed swap auto ecu is still in the truck ... however I came across the ecu for a 5 speed truck same year same motor but 5 speed both are 4x4 will it just plug and play or are pin layouts different or anything goofy like that please if someone knows could help me out it runs with the auto pcm buutt I like doin things right while im doin it haha thanks - Wendell

You have to use the automatic computer. Do not try to use a manual transmission computer.
