Press the brakes and the wipers come on
I have 1995 f150 xl with the 300 straight 6 2wd. I was driving down the road about a week ago and I noticed my ABS light was flashing. After a few minutes of trouble shooting, I realized that the brake light fuse was blown. I replaced the 15a fuse and as soon as I pressed the brakes, the fuse blew. So I took a risk and put a 20a fuse in and it blew it as well. I put a 30a fuse in and when I pressed the brakes, wouldn't you know it. MY WIPERS CAME ON!?!? If I turn my wipers on my brake lights come on while the blades are moving. Let's toss another twist in, I pulled the fuse for the wipers, mashed the brakes, wipers still come on. I have traced wires and replaced the ignition switch control. No luck. Brake light switch is good. Multifunction switch is good. It has stumped some of the smartest people I know, and it gives me a headache. I really need some help PLEASE!!!!!!

I would suspect in the steering column where the wires would meet up to go to the multi-function switch. It would seem that the insulation is worn off 2 wires and they are touching together.
