'94 wiper problem
I have a 94 xlt lariat, when I try to turn on the wipers something makes a clicking noise right behind the glove box. The wipers won't move at all. Any ideas on where to start?

It's a Canadian thing eh!
I think the fuse or the motor is dead then, cause I think the motor is still supposed to work on HI speed in case the module fails.
First I would check the fuse, if thats ok then here are some quick tests you can do for the motor.
If you unplug the wiper motor harness, put in a test light or multimeter inside the connectors on the dark blue/orange wire and the red wire and ground the other end on the body somewhere, turn the switch on HI with the key on so you can test voltage from both of those circuits.
You should have power to both of these wires. If not then you have a broken wire somewhere. I would also test the ground wire, If you ground the wiper motor to the body with the wipers on and it kicks on the the ground wire is broken.
If not then the motor is dead.
