Default 94 lightning wont start, computer?

My truck does turn over and I get a lot of power but it won't start. it's not the starter alternator battery or plugs they're replaced. The fuel pump turns on, does the computer control that if not what could it be?

What color was the plug? Sounds like a fuel problem or computer. Measure the fuel pressure at rail. If u don't have a gage turn the key on and listen for the pump 2 turn on. Do this about 5 times to build pressure. Or does it smell rich while cranking? If so put the peddle to the floor. This will shut the injectors off. And start it. If this fails pull the emc and open it up, look for a burnt capulator. Capulators can be replaced if needed.
