94 airbag light
my horn buttons and cruise control all function like they should no problems there, but my airbag light is flashing code 32 "Driver Air Bag Circuit Resistance High" after searching the forums and asking around the general theory is that its a bad clockspring. if horn and CC still function could it still be bad?

It's a Canadian thing eh!
If the sliding contacts in the clock spring for the air bag have too high resistance then it will set the code, everything else will still function normally. But you could also have resistance in the wiring at the connectors or at the module itself.
