Question 88 F150 Fuel issue

Ive got a 1988 f150 lariat dual tank 5.0 that i am having trouble finding the cause of no fuel to the engine. when i cycle engine u do not hear fuel pumps. i checked fuses and relays. saw that fuel pump relay was corroded so i replace relay and connector. but when i was replaceing that if i touched two wires together u can hear the high pressure pump run??? still nothing after. The guy i got if from def did not know what he was doing. Noticed i could not find the fuel tank selector switch. where is that located and to what plug? anbody got pic? any other suggestions.

Switch should have been on the dash. And what plug are you talking about? Jump pin 6 on the obd connector and see if you can hear the pump running. This is KOEO.
