I just picked up a shortbed 94 F150 XLT Supercab 4x4. I am experiencing the common clock spring issue of no cruise, no horn, along with the airbag light staying on. My 4x4 is on the floor rather than the fly. Perusing the web and eBay, I have seen a few different Part numbers out there and wanted to know if there is a difference. The part #'s are listed below:

F4TZ-14A664-A
F4TZ-14A664-B
F4TZ-14A664-CE
F4TZ-14A664-MB

I would imagine there is a difference. Those look like Ford numbers. Call the dealer and ask for the right part # for your specific truck. And every once in a while Ford will surprise you with a reasonable price.
