Question 1992 F150 Lariat XLT Radio

I have a '92 F150 and the stock cassette player makes a loud buzzing noise (engine noise ?) when I insert my portable CD player adapter or tapes. Radio is fine (no noise). Thinking of installing a Pioneer DEH-15UB aftermarket CD player/tuner. Does anyone know (if) which adapter kits for wiring and bracketry this takes ? WalMart had some adapter kits but my truck was NOT listed on any of them.

I know for '87-'91 you don't need an install kit. Not sure about '92-'96. They should have the plug or it can be ordered, same with the kit if you need it.

No install kit needed, just pop in the sleeve and the deck goes in. Almost any parts store with audio will have the adapter plug, then its just to match the colored wires and you're done.

Like said above no deck install needed. Just the wiring plug
