1989 F150 4x4 no speedo or rear tank gauge indication
My son and I just bought this 1989 F150 XL 4x4:
It is in very good shape for a 25 year old vehicle. We are slowly fixing the little things that have broken or deteriorated over the years. One we haven't figured out is the speedo is not working and the rear gas tank doesn't indicate. The rest of the gauges on the dash work fine...oil, temp, front fuel tank level.
The speedo isn't jumpy, it doesn't even twitch. When we switch to rear tank the fuel level drops to zero even though the tank is full.
Codes from EEC with KOEO were 29 and 32.
What should we be looking for?

Too Cool for New School
Tough looking truck. I have the same issue with rear tank. Planning on taking off the bed to get to replace pump and sending unit. I wanted to clean and paint the frame and cross members anyway.
