I've got a 12" Rockford Fosgate in this box, it fit's perfectly in my reg cab, I have 40/20/40. Can grab a pick of it in there if you really want, it fits perfectly behind the seat with it like one or two stops from the very back. Getting pushed by a 500w amp and can't turn it up all of the way without blowing my eardrums out. When faced towards the seat it has clear/crisp bass that is perfect inside the truck, faced towards the back wall and it just rattles/vibrates the cab/window. The dims are 20"X15"x (7.5"bottom and 5"top). This box is solid, well built (one of the better one's I've owned/seen) which was a surprise for the price, only downside is I don't like the terminals as they don't seem to "grasp" the speaker wire, but for a couple bucks you can replace it with one that has push down cylindrical terminals that are much better.

I have a pioneer flat box 12 inch under my back seat. I had it behind my seats in my ranger before I put it in this truck. I have a video of it playing in my ranger if you want me to post a link. It was around $160 for the sub, and it came in it a box designed for it.

Ouch, I paid $83 for that RF and it handles 250rms-500w max which is way more than a regular cab needs.
Was the ranger ext cab or regular, hard to imagine a non angled box fitting behind a reg cab seat.

The box is angled, its just called a flat box. It was single cab ranger. The $160 was sub and box, they come together. It is 250 rms and 1000 peak, like you said, all you need for a single cab, its all I need in my ext. cab now.
