You need a 8mm socket

(Assuming you are talking about the black plastic handle)

Any idea what size this bolt is for the interior handles? I have a 94' XLT supercab and the passenger side bolt is stripped. I've tried a 6M and pretty sure it is metric but
that bolt is too small.

The hex head or the bolt shank?
Take the one you have now to the hardware store to match it up and/or use their gauge to learn the diameter and pitch.

You said 6m which might mean 6mm bolt head or maybe transposed as m6 which would mean a 6mm bolt.

If you have stripped threads, you will need a tap as well to clean the hole. You can get that at the hardware store with the new bolt.

Maybe you can track down parts here (part descriptions)

The bolt shank, the head size doesn't really matter on mine. I just didn't want to peel the driver side door card off to get the non-stripped bolt out. I'll just buy a M7 and M8
along with standard sizes and see which one works.

Gotcha, thought it was already in your hand when you realized you needed a new bolt.
