Default Interior soundproofing

Since I have all of the interior out of my truck I am thinking about soundproofing. I know I have seen it used on the floor but what about the rest of the cab? Does anyone have any knowledge of this? Where be the best and cheapest place to get it?

There's the really cheap peel and seal stuff you can purchase at lowe's but it supposedly doesn't smell so good.

There's Dynamat copycat stuff you can get on amazon called Noico - supposed to be pretty good.

And then there is dynamat - supposedly the best but expensive.

When I had my interior out I considered it - but after watching some videos on installation I decided against it - maybe someday if I put a nice stereo in.

Thanks for the info. Maybe I should look into installation procedures.
