Default Coverlay door panels and dash cap

I've read a few posts on here mentioning the coverlay door panels and dash cap, but has anyone actually used this setup? Specifically the door panels. Are they actual replacements, or just covers? Also, is it possible to find the rest of the interior plastics (i.e. Pillars, full dash, glovebox, etc.) aftermarket/new? 96 f150 2wd reg cab.

Everything I have read about them says they are overpriced crap.

Your best bet is to find a wrecking yard and pull original panels.

That's kinda what I was thinking. I have the blue interior. Any advice on restoring plastics?

Not really. I have just replaced parts that were awful. Someday I will probably replace the entire dash. I have a dark red/maroon interior so finding parts for it can be difficult much like your blue interior.

That is an awesome resto job you did. Definitely some inspiration. Wait til I post some pics today or tomorrow. You'll see how much work I have to do. Lol!
