I've used that bathroom cleaner with "scrubbing bubbles" before on the floor mat and I drove around like I was in a clean bathroom. Liked that smell better then dirty bathroom.

the ozone thing sounds a bit dumb. i guess it might work, although I am trying to find something that Really works haha ive seen tons of this works that works. Has anyone Actually used something to remove smoke? the inozer idea seems decent though i think its just like the ozone thing. I tried fabreze and have a few trees in there now with the window cracked a bit, once it gets warm enough i think im going to rent a shapoo machien to get the floor capets good. then again not sure what to do.
Im not looking to spend 100 bucks to just get the smell out i know eventually it will but it needs a little help considering im going to be driving it daily soon

going to get cleaning this morning thanks for the info. I really do not want to by a 100 dollar ozone machine for a 600 dollar truck that dosnt even have powers steering, 6 bucks for a bottle of fabrezze is good enough. im going to clean it out nice. and I have some of that carpet cleaner stuff i use for my rugs indoors might as well try it out on the carpet in the truck right?

I smoke, and the best thing out there is ZEP brand smoke odor eliminator,
spray all the cloth surfaces, carpet, headliner, until they are damp, then turn on your HVAC fan on high and move it over to recirculate, and locate the intake vent inside the cab, and spray for about 30-45 seconds. then shut everything down and close the truck up for about 3-4 hours, then open it up for a few hours.
i've done this in vehicles I've sold over the years and not one person has ever noticed I've smoked in them.
they make a big can and a small can
with a reg cab truck you should use over half the can if using the big can and a whole can of the little.

I use scrubbing bubbles too it works awesome for your plastic parts that are coated in dust and dirt, just dust it off with a towel then spray it on, and it will lift the crud down in the "grains" sometimes you have to go over it a couple times.
