Smoke a bunch of weed in it. That'll get rid of the cigarette smell.

well considering the state passed a law saying that its ok to smoke it inside your home but not posses it or have any it might fly haha altough im not in Calarado or Washington

ive looked online and it seems theres a ton of try this try that crap.
i think my favorite is putting crumpled up news paper everyplace to absorb the smell of it

Ozium is very good to get rid of any smells. Spray it and run the vents in recirculating mode a while.

Fair warning though, it will smell like your grandfathers car. Hard to explain the smell, it's not bad but you'll see but will wear away itself.

yeah i worked a pepboys we sold that we got the truck in one day a case broke loose and like 8 cans where spweing that out I know the smell and hate it, but im thinking that might be the way to go considering it still smelt decent 4 weeks after that incedent. I would like to just get rid of the smell though. i think Ozmium more or less covers it up with aanother smell.

I've heard a bowl of vinegar will absorb smoke smell.

Rent an ozone machine or buy one off of Amazon(about $100). This will kill ALL smells from smoke to skunk. Just be sure to air it out before getting in the cab.
