Default Window rubber gaskets - replacing?

I'm not sure what these are called but the rubber gaskets on the top of the door where the window disappears into are hard and disintegrating. First, what do you call these? Second, anyone know a vendor to find replacements?

Or is this something any body shop (?) can do?

Count your blessings. That doesn't happen up here in the great white north - we get rust instead. Those pieces should just be held on with clips.
