Default Scratched flat black paint job

I have a 89 f150, and the other day I took her out and covered her in mud. After the mud had dried, some thought it would be smart to literally carve a word into the dried mud on the side of my truck. They must have used a key. Well, needless to say, it scratched the word into the paint in the side of my truck. I have a flat black paint job on the entire truck. I don't know what to do. I'm not re-painting my entire truck, so is there something that will take the scratches out? or a flat touch up paint? any thoughts would be much appreciated!

You're going to have to have a shop sand down a good portion of the door and repaint. Putting touch up paint, even flat touch up paint, on a flat paint job will make the issue even more noticeable.

Did you use trim black for the paint? I know I painted my bumper with trim black and Im always touching it up and you cant even tell the difference. Some parts are a month old some are a few years old!
