Ill second to the plasti dip idea! I did a whole car in plasti dip once, turned out pretty nice and holds its place really well. Tough stuff! Plus you'll be able to remove it at any point in time if you want to go back to the original color. You wont be stuck with the flat black. If your going to do it, just make sure you put on a nice thick coat. Thin coat wont hold as strong and will fade. It'd be better to buy a big gallon of the stuff and spray it on with a paint gun if you can do that. If not, buy lots and lots of rattle cans!

im thinking about doing the rustoleom roll on. im not sure what color. has anyone done this? or does anyone know wherei can find a spray gun cheap? im no pro but it HAS to look better than it looks now. (will be a few months down the road because I have some body work to do on the bed.

I have a customer that does entire vehicles with bedliner for hunting leases. When it's done right it looks good and is really durable.
