Come hell or high water my truck will be flat black! ! I would love to see some pics. I'm almost done with my interior I've been working on for the past 3 months. It's flat black as well with all red lights. Im saving the pics till I get done I do have a few on a thread I started. If I remember I'll post them up here when I'm done. Oh and Plasti dip is the devil!!! Just saying lol

Where did you get the lights for your Gauges. Do they come in blue

Here is my buddies old Shortbed he painted. He rolled on rustoleum black tractor paint. It was a dark brown color to begin with. The cans are like $35 a gallon though. Still cheaper than a professional paint job most of us are just gonna scratch up.

That flat black looks sick. Mind me asking how much he spent to cover the whole thing? I want to do it to mine eventually, but I have an extended cab long bed.

Where are you located, I can paint it flat black for cheap, it's much easier to paint flat, you don't have to worry about even passes or dry spots or trash in the paint, the flat hides every imperfection.

I'm in Central Kansas, but I just bought my truck so I want to put the money I have right now in other parts of the truck before I get to the paint. The problem is the paint on it looks too nice to change it right now. I'm not in love with the color scheme, but there is only one major blemish and not a spot of rust. Hopefully I can get to it next summer.
