Are you going to repaint the whole Truck ? Assuming you are, you will consume two to four quarts of the primer, which is totally dependent on the current condition of the truck and how free of blemish's you want it. Primer should be followed by a sealer 1 quart should be enough, and paint will need a full gallon. Add to this two gallons of thinner unless you are not going to clean the gun between uses. Be prepared for a pucker factor of 9+ when you price out the products which would also include sand paper and masking tape.
