I'm feeling like a total retard right now.. I have one week to replace both license plate lamps on the 95 f150 I'm driving or it gets impounded and I can't get them out.. how do I remove the entire lamp assembly? I tried to remove them from my parts 91 but I can't even remove them on that... do they spin and pop out or just pry them out??

Counter clockwise. They come out from the inside of the bumper.
