Default Iron Cross Bumper INSTALL.

Following this thread, all I needed were some extra hands and wrenches. 3/4" I believe. https://www.f150forum.com/f91/grille-247314/

Here is the photos of my install:

Overall I'd say I'm content with my purchase.

We picked it up and took it to my friends house to put it on, weighed a decent amount maybe 150 lbs we both lifted it fine.

Unwrapped it to see what I was dealing with. Inspecting the powder coating and stuff to make sure it was all fine and dandy before we put it on.

One last picture before saying goodbye:

Bzzt bzzt, friggen' cordless impact gun wouldn't fit in there obviously so I used some ratcheting wrenches.

Called a buddy, now three of us. Two to hold it up while I bolted it on.

And Viola! Done.. Well I felt like something was missing.

Stopped at an automotive store. 30$ later.. Some 5/8ths shackles, Chain, hydro rope cover.

-------

Rear bumper, 4" lift, and some brakes all around and then I'm done I believe.

I would like to put some aluminum pieces behind the words and cross at the bottom. I'm not a fan of having a bunch of lights etc I have seen your idea done though it looks nice, I just don't see myself being able to coexist with that mod long term.

Yeah for sure, I'm happy with it. A couple reviews online of people being picky. My powder coat was nice, welds are clean the thickness and weight is great. I love it. And as you guys can tell it will fit a winch if needed but I don't see myself buying one. It sticks out a bit more than OEM one - feels pretty solid.

Will try to get some photos during the day of it!

See the above post! I'll work on it.
Thanks for the feed back guys I'm pretty happy with it. Now don't go stealing my chain idea ;b I'm still trying to find some lights that will fit in there nicely.

Is there anything wrong with your Stock Bumper? I'm looking for a Bumper just like that in really good condition for my 1995,the Chrome on the top part of mine bubbled up & chipped off in a few spots. And since my Truck only has 47,000 miles on it & is in really nice shape it's the only thing that looks bad,and instead of buying a Aftermarket Bumper I want to get a Like New OEM Ford Bumper....

It's not rotted anywhere. Could use a polish on the bottom.
