Default Bumper straightening 1990 f150 lariat

Hello all,

I have a 1990 f150 lariat with chrome front bumper. The stone deflector and bumper were bent when i got the truck. It was my grandfathers, and he had a minor fender bender.

Anyone have any luck or recommendations for straightening? I may just have to bite the bullet and get a used one from a junkyard

I plan on painting the whole truck soon. So i could always recoat the bumper

Thanks a lot in advance! Attached is some f150 ****. Lol

Take a wooden block or 2x4 on the bend part an hit the block with the hammer till it straightens out.

I'd say just get a new one. 87 to 91 will fit, but it'll be really hard to find a 25 year old one in good shape. And yours is a little on the mangled side for trying to straighten
