lost my Car again...
I cant make one out of Aluminum. I dont have the right welder. steel i can do.
if the other guys alredy pricng one out for you im going to hold off. im not making a grille that your not going to pay for.

No not really sharp edges on a rounded surface isnt nice looking.
looks like you stole some fence and said that will make a good grille LOL
Dont get me wrong its smart thinking putting the light in yours just think you could have done better.
i have seen worse, some guys got a ranger with chicken wire running around here for a grille...
