drivers side drop. Id go to a yard n get front n rear axles from a 3/4 or 1 ton w leaf sprung front end. youll need all links from the front anxle, tie rod n drag, while your at it id do shackle reversal in front.

Would it be better to keep the coils or go to leaf springs?

It's really personal preference. Leafs are an easy swap. Once you hang your leafs everything else is bolt on. With coils you need to make buckets for the top of the coil, fab up track bar bracket for the frame, and locate your control arms or radius arms

You'll have to weld on the leaf spring perches

You'll also have to cut holes and weld in tube for shackles in the rear for front leafs
