Default 4x4 emblems for 1990 f150 XLT lariat

I've been looking to see what 4x4 emblem or sticker Ford shipped this truck with on the truck bed panels but I have not been able to identify. Does anyone know if they even had OEM 4x4 stickers for 1990 model?

Well, I'm not sure if this answers your question, but LMC sells them and I believe they're listed by model year. I know I purchased some for my 92 model and that's how I made sure it was the right design. They have different colors and the process vary by color.

Just checked LMC magazine, and lists them for 92 on up. I never saw a 8th gen with the 4X4 sticker on it so I am going to say no they did not come factory.

I'm thinking you are correct. I just pulled out my lmc book and I don't see it either. I guess it's possible they just don't carry it.

If you like them, no reason not to put them on anyway! I'm going to see how the truck looks when it gets out of the body shop. I might not put my decals on. I always kinda liked the looks of the decals though.

Ok, maybe I will get some and put them on. I'll post a pix once I do.

I'm pretty sure the1990's didn't have any 4x4 Decals,just the 4x4 Emblem under the Driver side Headlight..But 1991 did have them,they are a little different than the 1992-1996 Decals..Here's a couple of the 1991 OEM 4x4 Decal's I found,you might would want to go that way since the 90 & 91's look a lot alike... http://www.ebay.com/itm/NOS-Ford-199...-/190589214283 http://www.ebay.com/itm/NOS-1991-1992-FORD-F150-4X4-BODY-SIDE-DECAL-BLUE-/161120859244?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item25838d346c&vxp=mtr

I just checked the Part Number F1TZ-9925622-BP over on Rear Counter, and there's a bunch of them at Greensalescompany.I'm not sure what Color they are,but I'm guessing maybe Gray. And I'm not sure what Color you were looking for on your Red/White Truck, but I'm guessing it's not the Blue.. But if your trying to go for the American Look Red-White & Blue would work..
