Default 1989 F150 Front License Plate Bracket Removal

How do I remove the front license plate bracket? Is the only way to drill the fasteners out?

Take the bumper off and grind them off from the inside. they're probably too rusted to ever turn.
or if you think you can drill them from the outside that'd probably work too.

Thank you!

I've read so many responses to these, which most are pretty silly. Having girlfriend/wife drive it over a planter, pull it off yourself, etc. Thought there had to be a more scientific way to do it with barely any damage done.

i`m pretty sure those rivets are plastic,,mine were. Get a small poker or drill bit and hammer, and poke the center pins of the rivets in, then pull them off..
