I have a 1996 f150 with axle code 19. it is an 8.8 with 3.55 gears and an open diff. I was wondering what the spline count was and where i can get an affordable limited slip or locker.

31 spline. You'd have to define "affordable", it varies person to person. broncograveyard will have carriers, spiders and clutches but for used, you just have to shop the wreckers or websites like kijiji or craigslist or such.
